中村 丁次 Teiji Nakamura

公立大学法人 神奈川県立保健福祉大学 学長 ／公益社団法人 日本栄養士会 代表理事・会長

徳島大学医学部栄養学科卒業後、新宿医院勤務、聖マリアンナ医科大学病院栄養部に勤務。
1985年東京大学医学部を経て医学博士となる。その後、聖マリアンナ医科大学病院で栄養部部長を務めたのち、2003年神奈川県立保健福祉大学保健福祉学部 栄養学科長/教授に就任。現在は神奈川県立保健福祉大学長を務める。著書「臨床栄養学者 中村丁次が紐解くジャパン・ニュートリション」「臨床栄養学Ⅰ・Ⅱ」「こんな食事が病気を防ぐ」など多数。

After graduating from the University of Tokushima in Nutrition starts working for the Shinjuku Hospital and the Nutrition Department of the Sacred Marianna University Hospital. After getting his Ph.D. from Tokyo University becomes Director of the Sacred Marianna University Hospital in 1985. In 2003 becomes a Professor of Nutrition at the Kanagawa Prefectural Welfare University where he currently holds the position of Director.

Among his publications “Japan Nutrition explained by Teiji Nakamura”, “Clinical Nutrition I – II”, “Food that prevents diseases”.

Chairman of the Organizing Committee of the 15th International Congress of Dietetics (2008), Chairman of the Organizing Committee of the 8th Asian Congress of Dietetics (2022), member of the Board of Directors of the International Confederation of Dietetic Associations, Vice President of the Asian Federation of Dietetic Associations.
